IC reactor is a new type of reactor with its process based on the concept of granulation and three-phase separator of UASB and it belongs to one kind of EGSB reactor. IC can be regarded as the integration of two UASB reactor units. IC reactor is featured by two stages for the separation of biogas inside a high reactor. The bottom one is at extremely high load and the upper one is at low load.

IC reactor is mainly composed of water distribution device, three-phase separator, effluent collection device, circulation device, sludge discharge device and gas-liquid separation device.
